Welcome to Naturalize! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Naturalize mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using Naturalize, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
Naturalize is a mobile study application designed to help individuals prepare for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization civics test. The App provides:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Premium purchases are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account. All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store.
Premium purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on other devices using the same account through the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
The civics test questions and answers are based on official USCIS materials, which are in the public domain. All translations and additional content are proprietary to Naturalize.
All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any notes or personal data you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to store this content on your device for the purpose of providing App functionality.
IMPORTANT: While Naturalize is designed to help you study for the USCIS naturalization test, we do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing the test or obtaining US citizenship. Success depends on your individual study efforts and comprehension.
The App provides study materials only and does not constitute legal advice. For questions about your specific immigration case, consult with a qualified immigration attorney.
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information based on official USCIS materials. However, USCIS may update questions, answers, or procedures. We are not responsible for any changes made by USCIS after the App's last update.
State-specific information (senators, representatives, governors, capitals) may change due to elections or other circumstances. While we aim to keep this information current, you should verify current officials before your interview.
Naturalize is an independent study app and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, or any other US government agency.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATURALIZE AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naturalize, its developers, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads help support the development and maintenance of the App. We do not control the content of these advertisements. Premium users do not see ads.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Naturalize regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
